ImportDutyUSA respects your privacy. This notice describes the (minimal) information the site handles and the rights California residents have under the CCPA/CPRA.

We do not require an account

There is no sign-up, no login, and no contact form on this site. We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, postal address, or payment details. Any value you type into a calculator (for example a declared order value) is processed in your browser only and is never transmitted to or stored by us.

What is collected automatically

• Cookieless analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or identify individual visitors. It records aggregate, non-identifying metrics such as page-view counts and referrer paths. No tracking cookies are set.
• Server logs — like any website, our host (Cloudflare) may briefly process your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

We do not sell or share your personal information

We do not sell, rent, or "share" (as defined by the CPRA) personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because the site does not collect identifiable personal information, there is nothing for us to sell or share.

Your California rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. Because we do not collect identifiable personal information or set tracking cookies, most of these rights have nothing to act on — but you may still contact us with any question or request.
